Open Qualifiers - Change to Schedule

There will be a skippers meeting for all sailors registered for the Open Qualifiers Series at 8:00AM on 8th February 2014.

•SI 6.4 has the following sentence added:
 The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race of the day for Saturday 8th February is 9:30 AM.
