Masters - Change to Schedule

It is the intention of the RC to sail race 3B early on Tuesday 4th February, then cut into Silver/Gold fleets and continue the Finals series as per the published schedule. As a result, the following are the relevant changes to SI's.

• SI 6.1 - the first sentence is changed to read as follows:
  The Masters Division will sail a round robin series from the 1st to 4th February, 2014.
   
• SI 6.4 has the following sentence added:
  The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race of the day for Tuesday 4th February is 9 AM.
