Change to OTB Sailing Instructions 1

Change Apenndix 10. Add - 10.3 - Course 3 – Foiling start will be between the stern of the race committee vessel and a yellow stick mark. The race committee and rescue boats will notify competitors should they wish to use a 3-minute start sequence, prior to the commencement of applicable start.

Change - The pink start mark will now be replaced with a yellow start mark

Change - Course 2 will now require sailors to leave mark 1 and pass through the gate (2p/s) prior to finishing. 

Change - Course 3 will now involve 2 laps and be set to the port side of the course, rather than starboard. 

Add - Course 4, add mark 4 - Opti top mark, Opti's will now sail a smaller course.
