Notice to Competitors - RBYC Keelboats - Tower Courses 3 & 31 error corrected

There was an issue with Appendix C - Tower Courses Race 3 & 31, on pages 11 & 12 !

We have updated the Sailing Instructions to version RBYC-Sailing Instructions Keelboat 2022-23 V1.1

Also provided are the selected pages from the new SI version 1.1 to replace the incorrect courses, ie. NTC RBYC 2022-23 Keelboat Appendix C Tower Courses pages 11-12
