Moodys Trophy Protest Rule 10 and 14

Gannet on port failed to give way and didn't alter course when hailed before the collision.

Misty Blue turned out onto port to avoid but the middle of the boats collided. 

Misty Blue protested verbally then flew a red flag attached to its lifelines. 

Gannet gave no acknowledgement.
