Change to the Notice of Race

Notice of Race for Season 2025-26 is amended to add:

NOR 12.3 ORC Standard certificates will be used by default for all competitors with a valid ORC certificate. Events marked ORC_AP will use the single number scoring all purpose, time on time rating. Events marked ORC_WL will use the single number scoring windward / leeward, time on time rating.

NOR 12.4 Competitors may request to use an ORC Non Spinnaker certificate instead of an ORC Standard certificate. A request shall be lodged in writing to the Sailing Office. The ORC certificate type used shall not be changed within a series.
