Change to Notice of Race 12.2 is changed to the following: 

For boats with an ORC Club rating competing in the Two Hander Series, their All Purpose ORC Club handicap shall be used. 

This change has been made as there are not enough boats with 'Two Hander ORCc' ratings to constitute a series.
