COURSE OPTION 1

If the wind comes in, we will race in a TL2 or TW3 for both Divisions. 

COURSE OPTION 2
If the wind is too light, we will motor to Rye and reach down tide. The start will be between a staff on the RC vessel displaying an orange flag and the orange start pin. The finish will be a box finish. 

Add Rule 1.3 to RSI:
Given the strong tide conditions and potential lack of wind, Couta Boats can use their engine to avoid a collision or to position themselves on the correct side of the starting line, provided they do not recieve a performance benefit from doing so (Rule 42.3 (i)).
