In 5, SIGNALS MADE ASHORE add in:

5.3 Flag AP over H over a division flag displayed ashore means 'Boats shall not leave the beach. Wait for further instructions.' This changes Race Signals AP over H.

In 18. PROTEST AND REQUESTS FOR REDRESS add the following paragraph before 18.1:

Protests and Requests for Redress are subject to the provisions of the O’pen BIC Class 2015 ISAF approved amended version of Addendum Q.

Delete 19 ARBITRATION entirely and replace with 19 SPARE.

In 21.1 in both paragraphs where it reads ‘a boat being penalised 5 places’ is changed to read ‘a boat being penalised 5 points’.

In 25.1 the Race Committee flag designation is altered from ‘Flag with letter B’ to ‘Flag with letter C’.  This covers the Start boat, Start Pin, Finish Boat, Finish Pin, Course boat 1 and Course boat 2.

In 26.4 change:

‘the first division to start until all boats have finished or retired or the race committee signals a postponement, general recall or abandonment.’

to read:

the first division to start until all boats have finished or retired or the race committee signals a postponement or abandonment for all fleets.

Add 26.5 to read as follows:

26.5 When the race committee displays flag V with repetitive sounds, all official and support boats shall monitor the race committee radio channel for search and rescue instructions.

In Attachment A for all course diagrams Marks 1 and 2 are described as being Forward Sailing Marks with Bulls Horns.  Only 1 mark with Bulls Horns has been supplied.  Mark 1 will be the Forward Sailing Mark with Bulls Horns and Mark 2 will be a Forward Sailing Mark without Bulls Horns.
