Add new 10.6
To alert boards that a race or sequence of races will shortly begin, an Orange Flag will be displayed on the signal boat (with one sound) at least 4 minutes before a warning signal is displayed. No sound will be made when the Orange Flag is lowered


Add to 11.1 and 11.2:
The finish marks will be orange Marks.
 
Replace 12.2 with:
Penalties for breaches of WCR&rsquos 23.3 and 77, and Sailing Instructions 10.3, 16 , 17 & 19 may be less than disqualification if the protest committee so decides.
 
Replace 14.2 with:
The Protest Time Limit for a fleet is 60 minutes after the last board from that fleethas finished the last race of the day or the Race Committee signals &lsquono more racing today for that fleet&rsquo, whichever is later.
 
Change title of 16:
SAFETY REGULATIONS WHILE AFLOAT
 
Add to 16.2:
Full wetsuits shall be defined as minimum &ldquolong legs &ndash short arms&rdquo
 
Add to bottom of Attachment 2:
