Competitors are advised of the following:
ADD: The following is added to the Sailing Instructions
19.7 Competitors with Vision Impairment in any One-Person Division shall display a PINK Ribbon from the head of the Main Mast or Foremast at all times while racing. Ribbons may be collected from the RPAYC Reception.
