No - The Nationals were held before the start of the SSCBC Season and were not conducted in a way (with all boats set up to compete) that they should form part of the aggregate. The Series was not marked as part of the Aggregate in the calender. See NOR 5.

The NOR for the Nationals was issued by Avalon Sailing Club, even though the results were published using the SSCBC System.
