Response from RC	The race Committee recieved a number of requests from competitors that were scored DNE in race 2. 6 boats were scored DNE under RRS 30.3. The last 4 digits of their sail numbers were displayed on the Race Committee Signal boat in accordance with RRS 30.3 (last sentence) and these boats sailed the race, finished and were thus scored DNE. As a result of the lodged requests, the Race Committee realized that they did not display the full sail number and thus did not comply with RRS 30.3 completly. As a result of this the boats that were scored DNE shall be scored BFD instead.
