Hearing held under 63.3(b), FRA 69 absent Shortly after start of Race 3 Gp Yellow GER 216 starboard, GBR 1825 port leeward, overlap established between FRA port windward and GBR 1825 at gauge 1 1/2 boat length FRA 69 was slow attempting tack (in irons) and bore away back to port making contact with GBR 1825 FRA 69 tacked away on starboard continuing to race GBR 1825 helmsman knocked off boat after contact with FRA 69 while boat bore away making contact with GER 216, contact damaging shroud with mast coming down GBR 1825 tended to GER 216 after contact under 1.1 and retired from Race 3
