Change to Sailing Instructions - No. 3

Change of the next leg of the course:
Add new SI 12.2 - In a change to the windward mark on W/L courses (mark 1), a new mark 1 will be laid and the old mark 1 will be removed as soon as practicable. On such a change, mark 1a will not be replaced.
