Change to Rule 42

The WASZP association has approved a change to class rules regarding rule 42 as below.

C1.1        RULES

(a) RRS 42.3(C) is amended to read:

Pumping, Rocking and/or Ooching actions are permitted to initiate or maintain foiling during a maneuver provided the actions are not continuous.

(b) Add to RRS 42.3 (e): This pumping is also allowed to rotate the camber inducers.
