Day 6 Events

Friday 16th January - the 35th Australian Minnow Nationals draw to a close

Some fickle wind conditions this morning proved challenging for those out on the Open fleet course, with only one race being completed before the sea breeze came in with a vengeance, calling a halt to racing for the day.  

Meanwhile our Novice sailors were able to get in three short races close inshore, impressing our Novice RO with their improved manoeuvres on the start line and general sailing skills across the course.

Our schedule for tomorrow, Day 6, is as follows:

07:15  Volunteers Briefing (Junior Room)

09:00  First Warning Signal for Race Session 8

Minnow Muster - following racing

17:45  TCYC doors open for seating

18:00 to 22:00 Presentation Night - Awards and Dinner

10:00 to late - TCYC Bar open

11:00 to 13:00 - TCYC Galley open for lunch
