Amendment to SI's No 1

SI 14.2 is changed to read.

Boats failing to finish within 20 minutes after the first boat sails the course and finishes will be scored as follows:-

1. A Race Committee Boat will proceed back along the course and boats still sailing to the finish will be awarded points for the position they are in as the RC Boat passes.

2. All other boats will be scored DNF without a hearing.

3. Points so awarded by the Race Committee are not subject to redress by competitors.

This changes Rules 35, 60.1(b), 63.1, A4 and A5.SP
