Sailing Instruction 26.4 (Safety) Competitor Sign-on and Sign-off Procedure In accordance with sailing instruction 26.4 each competitor shall sign-on each time they leave the shore by depositing their identification tag on their designated board located near the top of the StFYC gangway. Each competitor will sign-off each time they return to shore by retrieving their identification tag from their designated board located near the top of the StFYC gangway as they pass the top of the gangway. Sign-off must be completed by the end of protest time for each fleet.
